Account Termination

Middwell.com grants its students' maximum use of this site and not to download or modify it, or any portion of it. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold or otherwise exploited for any commercial. Downloading the lesson videos, distributing, re-uploading, publishing, presenting in public will be considered as a violation of terms of user agreement. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence. On the other hand, Middwell.com reasonably suspects that payment has been made or effected by fraudulent means. And such account will be terminated without any information.

Fees

It is agreed by the user that Middwell.com reserves the right to charge for its Services and to change its fees from time to time in its discretion. If Middwell.com terminates your Membership because you have breached the Agreement, you shall not be entitled to the refund of any unused portion of subscription fees.

Terms And Conditions For Course Cancellation

Middwell will process a cancellation up to 2 days after purchasing the Course Package (48 hours from the time of joining). But this refund facility is only valid for the full package suite and not applicable for the short packages. An amount equivalent to 10% of the course fee will be deduced as service charge for availing this facility. Please contact help@middwell.com support if you wish to request a refund.
